أَبُو ظَبْيَ تُقِرُّ مِيثاقًا لِرِعايَةِ الأَطْفالِ بَعْدَ اِنْفِصالِ الوالِدَيْنِ
أَصْدَرَ رَئِيسُ دائِرَةِ القَضاءِ فِي أَبُو ظَبْيَ قَرارًا جَديدًا يَوْمَ ٧ سِبْتَمْبِرَ. وَيُقِرُّ القَرارُ مِيثاقَ ما بَعْدَ الِانْفِصالِ لِحِمايَةِ مَصْلَحَةِ الأَطْفالِ.
يَطْلُبُ المِيثاقُ مِنَ الأَبِ وَالأُمِّ التَّعاوُنَ فِي تَرْبِيَةِ الأَبْناءِ. وَعَلَيْهِما أَنْ يَتَبادَلا المَعْلوماتِ عَنِ الدِّراسَةِ وَالصِّحَّةِ وَالسَّفَرِ. كَما يَجِبُ أَلَّا يَذْكُرا خِلافاتِهِما أَمامَ الأَطْفالِ.
وَيُؤَكِّدُ المِيثاقُ أَنَّ الِانْفِصالَ يُنْهِي الزَّواجَ، وَلٰكِنَّهُ لا يُنْهِي مَسْؤُولِيَّةَ الأَبَوَيْنِ. وَيُمْكِنُ لِلوالِدَيْنِ أَنْ يُوَقِّعا الوَثيقَةَ بَعْدَ الِانْفِصالِ. وَإِذا ظَهَرَ خِلافٌ جَديدٌ، يُحاوِلانِ حَلَّهُ بِهُدوءٍ قَبْلَ الذَّهابِ إِلى المَحْكَمَةِ.
