Yemeni Forces Say They Struck Houthi Targets
Yemen’s government forces said on Sunday that they had struck Houthi targets in Sanaa and Saada. News outlets reported this on October 4.
A military spokesperson said that the forces had carried out other operations near Taiz and Lahij. He said they targeted Houthi reinforcements. Independent sources have not confirmed this information.
These events show that fighting in Yemen is increasing. The fighting affects people’s lives and makes it harder to get food in some areas. Aid workers say that fighting and rising prices are making life more difficult.
